This is a dynamic space, to be adapted as the result of the outcomes from the two other recent seminars on these issues and as well of contributions by delegates, namely through the Forum meeting that will take place three weeks before the Seminar.

A Forum meeting restricted to Registered Delegates will take place between June 2 (Monday) and 13 (Friday).
Objectives
Two initial items will be put for discussion:
1. Having as reference the set of questions put forward for discussion in the Seminar:
a. Prioritize up to 10 questions
b. Include your own proposal of questions that you would like to see raised in this priority list
2. Concerning the questions which are on the table (including some new questions raised), please share in advance some reflections that may improve discussion in the Seminar.
Participants will thus be able to bring in for the discussion some topics of their interest and they can equally anticipate the debates programmed.
Coordination
Participants will be informed by e-mail of the start of the Forum.
The coordination of the discussion will be of the Chairman´s responsibility and a concise report will be produced by June 17.
Themes and guidelines
The Discussion Groups will have as multiple objectives
• to produce a critical analysis of the discussion carried out in the preceding sessions
• to add comments
and to
• propose conclusions and recommendations.
Each group will have a coordinator that will be responsible for leading the respective group session and reporting to the final plenary session.
